Returns and exchanges policy

• We want happy customers, so we keep our returns and exchanges policy simple and straightforward.

• The Patch Gippsland does not accept refunds; however, we are happy to offer an exchange for the value of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

• All items must be exchanged new, unused and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required to process all exchanges.

• Please forward your purchase receipt via email to us with your exchange request before sending us your goods.

• Customers are responsible for their shipping charges of the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

• Please note The Patch Gippsland does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes. These are matters to be addressed with the service provider.

• We will only use the information provided lawfully.

• We will only email you if it is directly relevant to an order you have placed or if you have signed up to our seasonal newsletter.

• As PayPal processes all payments, we do not store credit card details or bank details at any point.

• We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. In order to be compliant with the new regulation Google included a data processing amendment. The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled.

• The same privacy guidelines apply to those who have signed up to our seasonal newsletter.
