For five years, Jess ran Elliott’s Cafe which was listed on Conde Nast’s Best Edinburgh Restaurant List. She independently published ‘Midweek Recipes’ in August 2024 - written, tested, photographed and published in her Studio in Edinburgh. Each copy in our shop has been personally signed by Jess especially for us.
